We invite you to discover and experience our full range of yoga classes that complement your level of strength and flexibility, simply designed to make your practice your own simple gift to yourself. Our studio is equipped with blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps to assist you in your alignment and help you feel safe in your postures.
Please pay attention to the level of each class. Not all classes are designed for all levels. And as we love your children, and for the safety of your children we ask that children 10 and under attend our tween and little kids classes.
Suitable for all levels.
Simply Gentle Flow
Suitable for all levels. A well-balanced slower class, this gentle vinyasa class aims to create a tranquil environment. Movements are connected with breath, with a strong mind-body connection. This class is appropriate for all levels. Whether it’s getting ready for the day or taking time to slow down for the evening, this one-hour class will focus on gentle poses and work with the breath to release tension and stress.
Simply All Level Flow
Suitable for the experienced beginner to advanced student. This is an all level flow class for those who are familiar with the basic poses of a vinyasa yoga class. By linking movement with breath, students will flow from pose to pose, with a focus on balance, fluidity, flexibility and alignment. Arm balances and inversions will be offered for the more advanced students. Options and modifications will be offered.
Suitable for all levels. . This class is a mindful combination of our Yin and Gentle Flow class. Students will be guided through Yin poses to slow down and hold poses that nourish the joints, ligaments and fascia. In between Yin poses, students will move through gentle poses to move the body and link movement with breath.
Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching.
Mindful Movement Flow
Suitable for all levels. A mindful flow combining pranayama (breath control), postures and meditation. Appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced. This class is taught by Suzanne Barcklay.
Suitable for all levels. This gentle class will guide you through body opening poses, loosening tension and relieving stress. Moving at a slower pace, in supported poses with props, this class will allow you to relax your mind and your body.
For ages 9-13. Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. By promoting self-confidence, awareness and control, tweens will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy. Visualization and breathing exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations. Partner and group poses are emphasized.
Simply Little Kids
For ages 4-8. this is a fun, inspirational and playful class which encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques, in this energy releasing class. Yoga games, music and movement will leave your child happy
